My personal health journey began with an out of breath escalator climb and a realisation things needed to change.
Aged 45 I couldn't find any realistic training options for people of my age and older, so I decided to retrain and become a personal trainer.
Simply changing my approach to exercise, active living, sleep and food made a profound difference. Over 10 years later this is something I'm still deeply passionate about sharing and helping others achieve.
A positive lifestyle and lifelong fitness should be accessible for us all. It’s my intention to help my clients find this balance and thrive.
