Training in your 40's and beyond has a profound effect on future health. Knowing where to start and what choices to make can be complicated, there are many opinions and options.

 

My work is getting clients moving well and feeling capable. Often this involves addressing injuries, joint or back issues.

Now is the time to commit to change, very quickly we can start to see improvements in strength, flexibility and body composition. And with that feeling more energised and healthy.

Based in Harpenden I train from my private gym with clients who are committed to taking charge of their health and fitness.
