My work is getting clients moving well and feeling capable and this often involves addressing injuries, joint or back issues.
If you're 40 or older, firstly appreciate that's not old! So why limit yourself and your thinking. It's proven that we can have a fitness age 10 or more years below our physical age, who doesn't want that? Choose a journey where you decide how old you feel, where you move well and feel strong.

Training starts with the fundamentals at a level that tests and builds strength and conditioning but doesn't leave you depleted. We build step by step and get you feeling strong, fit and capable. I work from my private gym in Harpenden so there is no discomfort of walking into a big busy gym.

Strength training is the key to slowing ageing. In our late 30’s we start losing muscle, the solution is resistance training. It helps build and maintain muscle and keeps our bones strong as we age.

Unlocking your mobility is turning the clock back, it's the magic ingredient and the key to feeling younger. Simple daily routines (10 minutes) will have your body feeling freer and more agile.

Keeping your heart in shape adds years to healthy lifespan. A healthy heart is a healthy future,it's proven to improve long term health and it simply feels good to move without being out of breath.
